I believe that. Our government is failing us. That said, construction should remain on the essential list. There should just be sensible rules in place and good enforcement, which we seem not to have.

Some, not all, construction is done in open air and as a former construction worker I can tell you that safety is rarely a priority. Worker after worker touching the same tools, materials, surfaces, etc., using the same port-a-johns. Sensible rules mean nothing on most job sites.

Good points, but construction by itself is pretty dangerous. I think open-air construction ought to continue.
