1. Think marine corps but for fighting disease. There is hundreds of billions being thrown and will be thrown at this category of problem. Institutional imperative to fight for turf and this turf is going to be flowing with dollars!

3- the patriot act always gets renewed during crises. I think the first bill to sail through did it again for the like tenth time.
