      We have two levers to fight this: - social distancing - medical tools You pull either lever and R0 falls. And you can pull both lever to the degree you want.

      Today we don't have enough medical tools. We don't have enough testing kits, test capacity, tracing, surveillance tools etc. So we can only pull that lever a little bit. So we have to keep pulling on the social distancing lever. And if nothing works, we lock down like France did

      Everyday we are adding more and more medical weapons to fight this. And as we get more of those and can push R0<1, we can reduce the pull on the social distancing lever. It won't be perfect, but it will be much better than now. We can be like Korea then or even better.

      If we can get R0<1 in the summer months and put a vaccine on top of this, we can snuff out the virus by Summer 2021

      Medical tools + less disruptive social distancing (washing hands, wearing masks, staying away from people, etc.) can get an R0 under 1. Would be awesome.
