I’m uncertain of on boarding remotely, even with a decade of work experience. I know a lot of places do it, so I wish I knew more about how. One startup said they planned to delay my start until April when they thought they’d be back in the office, but what if it’s months?
Remote work is great but what about for kids fresh out of school? These new entrants into the workforce need greater supervision, training, and perhaps the sense of belonging to get from being close to your team, no?
