Safe to say that every single contract (lease, PSA, etc) signed after March 2020 will now have a specific pandemic clause as an “out”
How many of these contracts have acts of god in them? I think this is a pretty good example of that no?

Yes most have “act of god” language or something similar But no one is going to take chances after this - pandemics will be specifically mentioned
