IMHO, drones are not a serious way to deliver packages. It's a skunkworks/publicity stunt.

Never thought of that. Very good point. Still not a 100% solution (hassle, lag between testing result and boarding, false negative, etc)

Disney will be totally fine. Restaurants will need the most help. Maybe government can handout local dining stamps to residents.
