Yes, but very briefly. I basically ran in the other direction. 1. Doesn't align with my long-term goals and life is too short for anything that doesn't 2. Very risk. Government can come in and ban you. Amazon can too. 3. Requires licensing (maybe) 4. Everyone I know is.
I spoke with a friend about buying a mask making machine from India and sending it to Big Spring, TX where he has labor but we ran into licensing issues.

It’s interesting to me all the masks are using filtration. My first wonder is why we don’t have say UV light driven active filtration.
