      China is really coming back to life. Lots of believable reports of more people living normal lives in Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen. I'm optimistic that masks, reasonably strict social distancing, and a watchful eye for new outbreaks can work until we get a vaccine.

      Honestly the U.S. could have been so prepared for this Could have been a great opportunity to shine - Gates has been talking pandemics for yrs - We had WEEKS to watch this in China & start moving - w/ those weeks, if the fed didn't suck, there could have been tests everywhere

      If CDC were prepped w/ tests, the media wouldn't need to have gotten so hyped. - Easy to test - Simple social distancing & hygiene increase - Much more testing for travelers

      I think the bigger issue with the MSM is people don't trust them as much now on anything. And this has gotten so political in the US, that the media is even using it in a polarizing fashion. I think this latter point is more of what I meant by "hyped"
