Customers complaining about me and flight attendants asking me to move out of economy plus to the back where there’s fewer people I’m the safest person on the airplane!

I originally booked first class to be around fewer people but they overbooked it and demoted me to economy+ Now the mob is trying to put me in the back, which is the highest risk place because you get exposure to every person who walks down aisle to go to bathroom

French speaking lady (headed to French Polynesia) is leading the mob and was apparently unable to understand when I said I’m not sick at all Don’t know how to communicate to her and if I take off the mask I think I’ll scare her more

We’re been sitting on the tarmac for 2hrs+ AFAICT it’s because 1. I look scary 2. Someone traveled to Asia in the last two weeks

My takeaway is that every person on the plane is freaking out internally about COVID-19 but doesn’t want to look outwardly scared so they’re taking no visible precautions

Taking off after just shy of 3hrs of sitting on the tarmac!
