Every time I see someone who looks and is great for their age I ask them about their habits. The thing they all have in common is a consistent 3-5x a week workout routine.
Does it make sense? Haha. I think it's just consistent with what we've been hearing.

Charlie Munger (96) says he has never done any bit of exercise that he did not want to do (could mean a lot) and he famously chomps on peanut brittle while maintaining a superhuman level of mental clarity.

Yeah that's pretty much what i meant. Especially the all says weight but only some says cardio thing.
