Every time I see someone who looks and is great for their age I ask them about their habits. The thing they all have in common is a consistent 3-5x a week workout routine.

Another variable that needs to be added to that is a low stress life style. Stress is not just a killer but it can definitely age you as well.

There's a good Charlie Munger quote about this. When asked who lived the longest of his cohort he answers people with a low-stress lifestyle: judges, professors, etc.
