Recently realized something very powerful because of @rabois.
I always knew that you should invest time and money in your winning products because a 10% improvement on a product that sells 10x as well is equivalent to a 100% improvement (much harder to achieve) in a 1x product.

This is a core point of the book "First, Break All the Rules" about management. I recommend it! The inverse is also true about helping poor fits find their next thing ASAP. They cost you more than you think from a manager's perspective.
