You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more

:P.S. Not trying to brown-nose the dude. I sincerely think he's one of the most insightful people on Twitter (and he's more insightful in podcast than he is on his tweets).
This is a core point of the book "First, Break All the Rules" about management. I recommend it! The inverse is also true about helping poor fits find their next thing ASAP. They cost you more than you think from a manager's perspective.
