1. Some countries are not honest about their reporting
2. Many countries are not testing as much as they need to
3. There are cold countries few cases that should have more
4. There are warm countries with many cases that should have fewer (Singapore - perhaps explained by good tracing) Even if warm weather does reduce the transmissibility of the virus, it's still an enormous problem until we get a vaccine.
Sidenote about singapore: i was constantly coughing and coming in and out of cold while living there beacuse they blaze the AC on your sweaty back.
