Let me tell you why I'm telling you this: There is NO WAY an American company would be so brazen in their actions. Why? Because they would go to PRISON. Not here though. There are no repercussions for this defendant other than the loss of what is in their Amazon account.

That is a very funny and long story. One answer is that we don't own our trademark in China. Someone is squatting on it. We've paid $1000s to get it back, but so far no luck.
