I know people who would make one for Gates curing malaria and all. (Not me necessarily)
Let me know when he cures it. AFAIK he had a hand in eradicating polio, but malaria is an ambition not an accomplishment. Fixing malaria for sure saves lives but I would argue there are much better ways to long term improve humanity.

That said you can also argue that Tesla also is still somewhat an ambition at the moment before it becomes profitable. Its not apples to apples of course because with medicine its much more about the invention than the adoption.
