Here's a video of me proving that there is no record of the case # in my amazon case log. Apology accepted.pic.twitter.com/nPVWCA3i6G

Huh? I have no agenda here. It’s strange your case got lost. I have friends (not sellers) who have successfully taken Amazon to small claims court and won. Not sure the business risks involved in that.

IF someone actually was able to spoof your email address there are ways to prevent it (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC). Spoofability implies a misconfiguration of the sending domainhttps://www.bettercloud.com/monitor/spf-dkim-dmarc-email-security …

Didn’t mean to be harsh, but spoofing means something very specific. (I used to do it to send emails as the principal one of my HS to teachers
).
If you ever see an email that says “sent on behalf of” or similar verbiage with a red lock, that usually means SPF is not set up1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

If someone spoofs
@Molson_Hart 's company's domain, I believe it's on Amazon's servers to recognize something is wrong. Either way, Amazon doesn't have an incentive to stop these issues. They make more money allowing counterfeits.2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

That’s true, but only if the domain has an SPF and preferably a DKIM record.

I said I'd update you on Amazon's response. Basically, they refuse to answer the question, either because of incompetence or something embarrassing on their end. Par for the course.pic.twitter.com/QNJPBdgbbj

There are more e-mails, but it's all the same shit.
