America's kids are like 50% latino. My company makes toys. Should we be thinking about Spanish language options for what we do or is that a waste of time because every latino family has the designated english speaker who does all English ordering & instruction reading?

This doesn't exactly help with ordering but for the instructions, use as many pictograms as possible. Signage and wayfinding (my world) gets crazy in hospitals and airports when you need to account for 3+ languages unless you use pictograms and icons. IKEA uses this as well.
