Korea, singapore, Japan are all not on lockdown. Many provinces in China also are not. More connections between Hubei and liaoning than Hubei and SK, sg, Japan. Also they have better medical care. Therefore we should see similar data.

People are quarantined at home. Hospitals are hot zones with senior doctors dying. Crematories are showing up on sulphur maps and amnecdotes of round clock operation. Shanghai, Beijing still under lockdown for returnees. Don't think it's contained.
