Wayfair has a French Canadian site but no Spanish US site. I assume testing went into that decision, but I don’t actually know. Might be fun to do if you’re interested in learning Spanish but otherwise probably not worth the headache.

They have been compelled legally to have that French can site as part of Canadian law. French on packaging is similar.

If you’re targeting kids in America I’d venture to guess kids are learning English in school so depending on age group target is stick w English

All these kids go to English-speaking schools and English is their 1st language, for all intensive purposes (c). Doubt there's any incremental appeal or marketability from Spanish translation on toys... except for cases where strictly parents do the buying.
