lol I think charisma is overrated. What's important is being the candidate who people can credibly expect to benefit them, their descendants, their tribe, and their country (and in that order).

Long term yes but i think it still benefits you the first few times you run. Otherwise hard to evaluate. Though i guess one political experiment of our era is can you find a way to translate business etc experience to political success (in voters head and real life).
