That second screenshot doesn’t show anything. You could create it by entering the wrong case number, hitting “Go” deleting the number, pasting the other case # in then taking a screenshot. The email LITERALY says they won’t retract the request because the email address differs

Huh? I have no agenda here. It’s strange your case got lost. I have friends (not sellers) who have successfully taken Amazon to small claims court and won. Not sure the business risks involved in that.
