      Yet another example of fraud on the Amazon marketplace 1. We report and sue a Chinese company for IP infringement and notify Amazon 2.       They also clearly didn’t spoof your email (it literally says the email address was different). If someone is capable of spoofing you’re email addresses that’s your own fault for using a shit MTA

      That second screenshot doesn’t show anything. You could create it by entering the wrong case number, hitting “Go” deleting the number, pasting the other case # in then taking a screenshot. The email LITERALY says they won’t retract the request because the email address differs

      Huh? I have no agenda here. It’s strange your case got lost. I have friends (not sellers) who have successfully taken Amazon to small claims court and won. Not sure the business risks involved in that.
