Just curious, what would be considered a normal volume of emails?
Had to fire an employee today. Salesman. His performance was poor. We tried to figure out why and it looked to us that he wasn't making enough calls and e-mails, so we asked him keep a log of them. I don't think there's an answer to that. It depends on the level of sales and whether the person is firing away at templates or crafting custom e-mails. It's not about how many e-mails, it's about how many SALES.
