What is the last business book that you were really excited to read and then were disappointed once you read it?

Mine was "Trillion Dollar Coach" by Eric Schmidt. Based on the title, I was expecting to learn practical tips and deep insights about how to coach business leaders, but it all seemed too high-level. Given the topic and author's background, my expectations were probably too high.
