2. Any business that has significant debt and relies on people gathering is in big trouble: theme parks, restaurants, brick and mortar retail (ex-grocery obviously), etc. There will be big opportunities in this space because these businesses will bounce back after a year

You’re probably right. Ultimately, I would be worried about recourse. If the lender does call, and the economy hasn’t begun to recover, you probably don’t want them to be able to kick you out of you house. Good question. I haven’t done much work in the uncollateralized space.
