I’m not wishing it. I’m just stating what I think will happen. And you are right that India will not be able to contain it as well as China. Forget the cheap oil. Go fix the problem that is causing oil to be cheap.

Government will not lower prices of oil in first place. It directly affects the economy.and it's not good for government to lower the prices for 2 weeks and then again raise. And don't worry India will not get infected as China . And yeh we can't fix that communist country.
