How do you bootstrap a company like CSPR whose sole competitive advantage is excessive marketing spend?
A message for all the founders who think that startup to VC to IPO/sale is the only way to go. A lot of those guys who “sold their company for x million” in a face saving acquihire don’t make much if any money because VC liquidation prefs take it.
