That's rough. Sorry to hear it. I just want Amazon to use the same logic and the same map when they are... a) determining which customer gets to place the order as prime and b) determining which shipping options we have to choose

Wasn't that supposed to be whole point of Automated Shipping Rules?

Yes, obviously it was. Amazon should do what it says it is going to do. I am befuddled and angered by Amazon's irresponsible handling of this situation. I don't believe the SFP team is well managed.

Finally! Holy smokes. We finally just turned off Prime at the account level yesterday. I am kinda worried about turning it back on. I hope it's genuinely fixed.

"Thank you for your continued patience" We're still banned, so no option for us, but...after the shit they put us through I don't think I will rejoin the program, you know assuming they ever unban us (which they did totally wrongly).

We've been banned from SFP a few times. The last time, I finally figured out that even though we had shipped everything on time, the USPS first scan date was about a week late. We had handed over a giant bag of packages at the post office, and someone had put it in a corner.

I had to appeal about a dozen times, writing a dfiferent "Plan of Action" each time. Amazon had told us to pick USPS via Buy Shipping. Each time they rejected my appeal, they wanted to know what **we** were going to differently.

What were we supposed to do? Threaten the postal worker with violence until they scanned our packages? (The previous time we got banned was when Amazon separated out Premium Shipping and Prime Shipping, and introduced a major bug. A story for another day...)

The last e-mail I wrote was a plan of action for SFP. This is the first time I've struggled to get reinstated fast. The problem is that I keep telling Amazon they are at fault, because it's true, when I know if I just lied I could get reinstated (which I won't do).

Fwiw, we FORCE our usps pickups to scan every package in our presence and we have cameras on them. That seems to help.
