@davidgshort have you tested how day drinking affects your sleep? For example if you get drunk at like 1 pm, does it affect your sleep as much as being drunk at 10 pm?
Pardon me for making these tweets rates R but could that be midnight erections? They tend to coincide with rem sleep and after you workout testosterone goes up

I think it’s more that it takes a few hours for your body to fully settle down after a workout. But I could be wrong.
