@davidgshort have you tested how day drinking affects your sleep? For example if you get drunk at like 1 pm, does it affect your sleep as much as being drunk at 10 pm?
You’ve found late workouts to be bad? I have done pushups before bed and greatly regretted it.

Ya, sometimes my soccer games are later in the evening. Some as late as 11:30pm which is fucked up. But any that end within 2 hours of my usual bedtime hurts my sleep.
