@davidgshort have you tested how day drinking affects your sleep? For example if you get drunk at like 1 pm, does it affect your sleep as much as being drunk at 10 pm?

The HRV, HR, and body temp are 80% of the value for me. The accuracy of the activity is questionable, but gives an idea of how active you are The online platform allows you to create graphs with multiple metrics, which is cool. For me, the more active I am, the higher my HRV
