Facebook and Twitter are tech companies, not judges. We should let our robust court system alone decide who and what content can be published online.

The normal funding process of the us court system, tax payer dollars. Social media should not be regulated by government, it should be judged. If I write something false and harmful about you, sue me. If I’m writing something obscene, arrest me.

How are governments supposed to judge social media conversations at scale? What if you said something obscene to a friend inside your home, should you still be arrested? Not all social media accounts are public or have public intent.
