For how long should we not be able to fly from/to China? I see the temp stuff periodically, do we know at what scale it’s done as a standard practice? I believe they’d started doing it for Wuhan before China shutdown those flights

You can say the risk is so huge it’s worth the cost, but you must know shutting down transit for a country has A LOT of downside. You and I do our jobs on the internet, most people in China do not
China can do whatever it wants to do, but I'm saying that the US should block flights from there for a little while. I'd strongly consider keeping people at home in cities where we're having confirmed cases. I think the cost is outweighed by the risk of a pandemic.
