Provided the guy's not reselling at outrageous prices somewhere, I don't think there's anything wrong with buying out a store to send to friends and family.

I don't have relatives in China, but I tried to do the same myself today but failed (all sold out).

This one is tough, really prices should go up during crises so one person isn’t buying the whole stock. Price gouging is illegal in the US, but now no one has access, and the people who got there first hoarded
