Singapore as well? Hk for sure. China probably too, though it’s not quite as bad recently. Australia, Canada, us have been draining Chinese brains for years.

Excellent question :) Depends how it got to that level i guess. If by suddenly founding oil reserves maybe yes, if by selling AI to the rest of the world maybe not.

Thing is personal reasons aside i would live more comfortably in Budapest but most jobs there are quite boring.
