Haven’t read this yet but I’d venture to say that a study of amazons organization is very very important to society. They get so much done.
A couple of thoughts: 1. Why does Bezos let employees talk about this? That advertisement to join Amazon outweighs the cost of other firms copying? 2. I’m interested to hear about they enforce this; who builds the teams? How are they held accountable? Why do they have an...

Incentive to build customer focused products? Promotion? Stock options don’t seem sufficient as most tools are just a drop in the bucket.
