This person had no idea what they were talking about, contradicted themselves multiple times, and then encouraged me to remove the foods that I was sensitive to, and then get tested again ($$$) to see if my "numbers went down". This shit is all a bullshit scam right?
I took an IgG ELISA 184 Food Sensitivity Test. Many foods which make me feel sick and make me want to die have no reaction. Foods that eat regularly that consistently make me feel good have a strong reaction. I called Alletess, the lab, and spoke with a "registered dietician".pic.twitter.com/eB20SIeWd8

I just tested positive for the foods that I had been eating a lot of that week. I have a food log, so I know that for sure. What nonsense.

My diet the week previous to taking the test. Apparently most of what I eat I'm sensitive too? Makes no sense.pic.twitter.com/cqE5GfhMCm

Yellow is foods that I tested positive for. Purple is foods that were not tested. White is foods that I ate that I didn't test positive for, but were tested. Pretty obvious what the correlation is.pic.twitter.com/aXwETtGBsh
