Format matters little to me as long as it's not overproduced (sorry Masters of Scale). All that matters is if it's good or not. In fact, probably best to keep format loose so you can go in the direction of what works over time.
If they had a secondary feed with minimally edited interviews, I'd probably enjoy that.
