Is there a plan to announce changes to seller-fulfilled prime? In the past month, the program seems half-way decommissioned (no FedEx, strange disabling of ground, removal of prime check, and now no prime except for 1 day).
I'm the CEO of a company with $4.5 million/year of sales on Amazon and paid you about $2.25 million in 2019. We are considering leaving the SFP program as it is causing many more headaches and losses than it is happy customers and profits. I've attempted many times to get an
an answer from SFP-performance and executive seller relations, but they are all silent or give non-answer answers. So, to summarize, what is your plan for this program? Thank you.
