Imho the only amazon bear case is regulation or valuation too high. Otherwise it will keep wrecking everyone.

This is not a bear thesis? It’s why some businesses or so difficult and excess returns get competed away. They didn’t steal their code - they replicated the product. Same as Wendy’s to McDonalds

Maybe I don’t know what a bear thesis is (seriously) but it’s not this particular example but the fact that they do this time and time again, crushing small businesses through ethically questionable tactics, that some day may subject them to government intervention.
