Brick+mortar retailers have had a *really* tough holiday season. Multiple companies I follow are probably going to have -10% year on year comparable sales.
How do you know? Early foot traffic reports? Earnings are far from announcing. I hope we’re on the cusp of a recession as I am ready.

It's a combination of management guidance last quarter, more recent conference calls, data about mall foot traffic and data estimating traffic for individual stores. I'll dm you an example. I'm interested to see how my strategy holds up in a recession.
