The difference between AI learning games like chess & go vs learning an esport game: When dota was claimed to be solved the game at least looked similar, but since the game changed with new patches it would take a bit of work to make the AI work at all in the new patch.
Is ai in dota now beating the beat teams under all conditions (after learning the new pitch ofc)? Or is it still only in hero limited pools etc

There is no AI for the new patch outside of the basic bots that cheat and are still beaten. The earlier bots that won with limited hero pool and an almost complete item pool probably wouldn't function in the current patch without a bit of work and they have seemingly moved on.
