With all my complaining, I still think Paris is a magical city. But it’s like Disneyland. Visiting it is awesome — living and working there is something else.

Pourquoi Paris est bon pour visiter mais pas bon pour vivre et travailler (les impôts et règles?)? USA is good for work but man...food, architecture, wall ability, etc all suck compared to Europe.

I’m curious too what’s so bad with working in Europe (arguably, E is too general) apart from the standard “you have to know the language” complaint.

Do you need to know the language? I feel like people in France would look down on you for not speaking French, but some of the other countries might not if you just did the whole thing in English. UK def wouldn't lol
