I keep seeing bloombergs and steyers ads in Texas and I cannot figure out why? Trying to become less rich to increase their Democratic Party appeal?

228 delegates are up for grabs in Texas on Super Tuesday. They also need to hit national poll and donor levels, so it makes sense that someone playing to win efficiently would spend some energy there.
