It’s the opposite of controversial, but I don’t think it’s exactly right. Men tend to be the worst and best in every field. That said, given the harms of war and its likely relationship to testosterone, maybe we’d be better off with all female leaders.

It's really hard to say. We've never seen a world where the majority of world leaders were women. Some might argue that Merkel's compassion for a huge unprecedented immigration into Germany hurt the country.

I've also heard from women that it's much easier to work with men than with women in the office, so, again who knows. If we want a better world, rather than sayign "more men leaders" or "more women leaders" we should be saying "more systems that select for good leaders".
