If governments want poor people to eat better, they should spend their money on advertising which teaches people how and why to eat right. Many poor neighborhoods have convenience stores, liquor stores, Chinese food, etc. Many of these stores are fitted with bulletproof glass. My point is that people will go to great lengths to make money when there is demand. They will close if there is not.
