If @amazon were serious about fixing it’s fake review problem, they would integrate Amazon reviewer profiles with LinkedIn or Instagram.
Give the fakers some skin in the game.

It's obviously not a technical barrier. It's a market one. Cracking down on Chinese is a double-edged sword for Amazon. Yes, it's the right thing to do, but they know it will drive their customers to other marketplaces in search of cheap Chinese crap.
