America is rich because: 1. Its system (federalism) 2. Culture (melting pot) 3. Location 4. Resources 5. Unaffected by world war 2 6. Luck It ranks ahead of Manchuria in all of the above categories. Manchuria however thinks its homogenous, that's an advantage USA does not have.
Location is luck, can be combined into one.
They're intertwined but should not be combined, IMHO. Luck is not predictable (WW2), whereas locational advantage will persist.
