When I think about lawsuits I think about two things: 1. Liability, i.e. was something done wrong? 2. Damages, i.e. if something was done wrong, what was the harm? We don't know the counterfactual scenario where Musk didn't brand him "pedo guy". He might have made a lot more money. It's unlikely all this attention has helped him in any way.
We don't, but, at least for me, I'd love to be slandered by @elonmusk.
